Kelly Johnson is head of Client Experience for RBC Clearing & Custody. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a service strategy that delivers an exceptional and consistent client experience across all RBC support levels. Kelly achieves this through collaboration, service training, ongoing monitoring and listening to client feedback.

In 1994, Kelly entered the financial services industry and began specifically supporting clearing and custody services in 1995. Since she joined RBC in 2002, Kelly’s held multiple roles that gave her broad operations experience, a passion for relationship management, and extensive training and communications knowledge.

Kelly earned her bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing from the University of St. Thomas. She’s a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has passed the Series 7 and 63 securities exams. She serves as a member of the RBC Wealth Management – U.S. Diversity Leadership Council, co-chairs the RBC Wealth Management Women’s Summit and is a founding member of the RBC Women Empowered (RBC WE) employee resource group.

Kelly has volunteered for Junior Achievement and BestPrep Financial Matters since 2008 and appreciates the in-classroom experience with students.
