He oversees technology product management, data management, technology engineering, fintech partnerships, technology training and consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noel joined RBC in 2001 and has held several positions related to RBC&#8217;s Clearing &amp; Custody business in the U.S., including chief operating officer of RBC Clearing &amp; Custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and a Master of Business Administration from the Opus School of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
