Most recently, he served as director of business development at RBC C&amp;C. He joined RBC in 2007 as part of its acquisition of J.B. Hanauer &amp; Co where he was chief operating officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plifka will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth for the RBC C&amp;C business line.
