Once you\u2019ve found the \u201cRBC Connect\u201d app, proceed to download. On iOS, you will be required to enter your Apple ID, use Touch ID or Face ID to install, and on Android you may be required to enter your password to install.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-secure-access\">Secure access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enable two-step authentication to add an extra layer of security by requiring a passcode in addition to your user ID and password. Certain cash management features will require that you use two-step authentication to confirm your identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cash-management\">Cash management*<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transfer funds:<\/strong>&nbsp;The RBC Connect mobile app provides three ways to move money between accounts you own\u2014between two internal accounts, from an external account depositing to an internal account and from an internal account to an external account. You can view the status of a transfer funds request or cancel a scheduled transfer directly from the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bill pay:<\/strong>&nbsp;Conveniently make payments to merchants or to individual payees. Enrollment required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Debit card management:<\/strong>&nbsp;Manage your debit cards and create travel notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-disclaimer\">*Features may vary. Contact your financial professional to learn more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mobile-check-deposit\">Mobile check deposit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With mobile check deposit, you can quickly and easily deposit a check to your eligible non-retirement accounts by taking a photo of the front and back of a properly endorsed check with your device\u2019s integrated camera. Follow the steps within the app to select which account to deposit into, verify deposit amounts and capture check images.\u00b9 There is a daily deposit limit of $100,000 and a monthly deposit limit of $250,000. Checks deposited before 4:00 p.m. Central will be posted in the account the same business day.
